Windows app download throws error 805a0193

If you had visited the Microsoft store today, you would have notice that there is a sequence of error on every download attempt. The error message is pretty much localized - most probably you will notice it if you are anywhere in US or france.

People went to the Microsoft store on their windows phone to download or purchase the app, they got the error message with the ID - 805a0193. Microsoft’s Windows Phone Store is reportedly inaccessible from Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 7 devices at the moment, displaying error 805a0193 when users try to enter it to download apps or games.

As handy as the code is, there's no further information about what is causing the problem. Unlike previous issues that seemed more localized, this current instance appears pretty widespread with reports coming from the US, and France amongst others.
