Whatsapp denies any negotiations with Google, whereas Google bids $1 billion for it!

whatsapp 1What is your favourite app in smartphone? This is a question which will undoubtedly be answered in majority - Whatsapp. Maybe you have heard and maybe you haven't but it might be shocking to know that for the past one month Google Inc. is negotiating with the Whatsapp owners for a deal. The deal seems to be over the ownership rights of Whatsapp. Who knew that the lovely app that you used to talk to your dear ones might be equivalent to about $1 billion. But guess what? The offer has been rejected and Whatsapp completely denied anything related to any deal, so Deal off!!

Why is Google after Whatsapp? I think that every Whatsapp user knows the answer to that. According to estimations from different surveys, it is possible to state that the user database of Whatsapp may hold more than 300 million users worldwide. One of the reports massiveness of its network solely by the fact that on New year's evening itself , about 11 billion messages were sent and recieved on this platform. The app was not that famous until there Group chat was introduced. And as soon as the service was available, everyone was suddenly available on Whatsapp. The groups started working like bulletin boards and chat rooms and then everything changed.

whatsapp stats 1Although the current asian continent is trying to get over this app, but its been proved that whatever they do, they will only be good for making games. This is a reponse that came against the new apps competing right now with Whatsapp. Earliest of all Google started the messaging and chatting systems, but it was overtaken by facebook. For sometime facebook was at the peak. But now Whatsapp is at the center of all. Facebook just launched its Home app to regain its position in the messaging world, and it would have been quite a blow if Google had got the acquisition rights on Whatsapp. Good for facebook, that the deal is off. But still why are users more bend towards Whatsapp? Consider this as a reason, Whatsapp is still at the top because it has never ever shown a single ad in its app, and does not require any registration.

If the app somehow gets sold to Companies like google then, there is a possiblity that we might not get the same quality of the app as before. For Google on the other hand this will surely be a very sweet deal, at the current point of time. But where is Apple Inc. between all of this. This might make apple think hard about the messaging system of their own. With its lesser and lesser number of users, it might get left behind.

For now, we are safe. To the Whatsapp lovers who didn't want any change in Whatsapp, this might be the best news out of all, because Whatsapp executives finally confirmed that they are not negotiating anything with Google. This Looks familiar to what happened last year, when the rumors came out saying that Facebook is preparing bids for this app. None of the them were prooved to be true.

Whatever happens, we just hope that we get better and better service with it. The current evaluation and popularity of this app might be a suggestion that the present owners should not sell it. Share what you people want to say about this new deal? Is it in your benefit, and what if they are really selling it to Google?
