If you own a smartphone you would definitely know what it takes to keep yourself away from checking it for new updates every 5 minutes or so. You just take your smartphone to check something really important and you get busy with some random task.
Usually you will find yourself retweeting on twitter or checking mails, snapping something really cool or random stuff for instagram or just getting yourself busy with something less relevant to why you took out your phone at the first place.
